International competition submission in a team of four. Design proposed a two-block mixed-use project in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York. Proposal includes six residential towers, an Andy Warhol Museum, and a new Essex Street Market, all of which exploring the innovative possibilities of mass timber construction in various building types.
NON ARCHITECTURE: WAVELENGTH
International competition submission in a team of two. Design proposes an unconventional solution to the typical museum typology. Titled "Wavelength", the installation reflects the procession of time of an artwork by displaying its past, present, and future in a unified journey. Past - the journey begins its negative amplitude with the artwork's history. Present - the artwork, at its current state, displayed within an intimate confined vessel at the trough. Future - the viewers transported back to grade and into a fully transparent observatory bubble for moments of reflection.
